The arts complex Bagatti Valsecchi, which we see today was built in the footsteps neo-Renaissance, ordered by the noble brothers Fausto and Giuseppe Valsecchi Bagatti. Located in the heart of Milan, it was inaugurated in 1883 for the wedding between Joseph and Carolina Valsecchi Bagatti Borromeo. Since 1994, when it was opened, the museum provides visitors with evocative environments, where they are exposed its precious collections: paintings on canvas, weapons and armor, ceramics and glass, goldsmith and ivories, tapestries and processed metals. Today Bagatti Valsecchi Museum is an extraordinary example of the House Museum of the most important and best preserved in Europe, and remains an important meeting point for those wishing to learn more about the taste of living and collection of late nineteenth century. The museum offers a calendar of activities aimed at an audience which shows temporary, courses, seminars and guided tours for adults and children.
